The Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, is divided into four election districts, the boundaries of each such district to be as follows:
A. 
District No. 1: that area of land bounded on the southerly and westerly sides by State Route 55, on the easterly side by the Towns of Pawling and Dover and on the northerly side by the Town of Union Vale.
B. 
District No. 2: That area of land bounded on the northerly side by the Town of Union Vale and State Route 55, on the easterly side by Beekman Road (County Road 9) and on the southerly and westerly sides by the Towns of East Fishkill and LaGrange.
C. 
District No. 3: That area of land bounded on the northeasterly side by State Route 55, on the southeasterly side by State Route 216, on the southwesterly side by the Town of East Fishkill and on the northwesterly side by Beekman Road (County Road 9).
D. 
District No. 4: That area of land bounded on the northeasterly side by State Route 55, on the easterly side by the Town of Pawling, on the westerly side by the Town of East Fishkill and on the northwesterly side by State Route 216.
NOTE: Where highways are boundaries, the center line of the highway is the actual boundary.
