This article is adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A.
40A:9-22.1 et seq., known as the "Local Government Ethics Law." The
terms and provisions of these statutes are hereby adopted by reference
and incorporated herein as if they were set forth with particularity.
The governing body of the City of Millville
does not desire to establish a Local Ethics Board. Therefore, the
Local Finance Board in the Division of Local Government Service in
the Department of Community Affairs has jurisdiction to govern and
guide the conduct of public officials, officers and employees regarding
alleged violations of the provisions of the Local Government Ethics
Law.
