A. No holder of a club license or a plenary retail consumption
license shall sell, serve, or deliver any alcoholic beverages for
consumption on the licensed premises on Sundays between the hours
of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
B. No holder of a plenary retail consumption license shall sell, distribute or deliver spirited liquors in original containers (packaged goods) on Sundays before 12:00 p.m. and after 10:00 p.m. No holder of a plenary retail distribution license shall sell, distribute or deliver spirited liquors in original containers (packaged goods) on Sundays before 9:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. However, the sale of wine and beer in original containers (packaged goods) is permitted at any time allowed in Subsection
A above.

During the hours that the sale or distribution
of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, the entire licensed premises
shall be closed, and no person shall be admitted or permitted to remain
thereon except the licensee or bona fide employees of the licensee.
This provision shall not apply to hotels and restaurants as defined
in N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq. or clubs where the principal business is
other than the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Last call shall be announced a reasonable time
before closing to allow for the orderly exit of the general public
from the licensed premises by closing time.
