City of Millville, NJ Chapter 80 City Redevelopment Plan

[1] Editor's Note: Former Ch. 80, Center City Revenue Allocation District, adopted 9-19-2006 by Ord. No. 27-2006, was removed from the Code upon the dissolution of said district 11-17-2014 by Ord. No. 38-2014.

§ 80-1 Adoption of plan.

The City hereby adopts the "Redevelopment Plan For the City of Millville, Cumberland County, NJ, February 2017" to facilitate the rehabilitation and redevelopment of the City of Millville.

§ 80-2 Determination of conformance with state law.

The Commission declares and determines that said Redevelopment Plan meets the criteria, guidelines and conditions set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7, provides realistic opportunities for the rehabilitation and redevelopment of the City and is otherwise in conformance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 12A-1 et seq.

§ 80-3 Authority of Commission.

The Commission shall have, be entitled to, and is hereby vested with all power and authority granted by the aforementioned statutory provisions to effectuate the redevelopment plan.

§ 80-4 Effect on other regulations and Zoning Map.

The redevelopment plan shall be an overlay to other local development regulations, and the City Zoning Map is hereby amended to conform with the provisions of the redevelopment plan.
