It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully give or cause to be given a false fire alarm by word, act or other means.
It shall be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made a bonfire of any kind, or burn boxes, combustible material, paper, or shavings on any privately owned or publicly owned property within the City, including alleys or streets, without first having obtained a permit from the Fire Official.
It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or recklessly interfere with a fireman or fire apparatus in the course of fighting a fire or responding to a fire alarm, or returning from responding to a fire alarm.
It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or recklessly damage any fire engine, fire truck or fire equipment.
It shall be unlawful for any person, except a fireman or police officer, to drive an automobile or other vehicle to the scene of a fire, or to operate an automobile or other vehicle over the fire hose of the City.
In the event of fire, any fireman has the authority in the performance of his duty to rope off any street for the protection of life and property. It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or recklessly interfere with a fireman in the performance of this duty, or to trespass upon any street, highway, or alley which has been closed to public travel by rope or otherwise.
It shall be unlawful for any person to pass or attempt to pass a fire engine or fire truck responding to a fire alarm or returning from a fire alarm. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an automobile or other vehicle so near to a fire engine or fire truck responding to or returning from a fire alarm as to obstruct the vehicle or endanger the firemen in or on the vehicle.
