§ 33-22 Compliance with state law.

No person shall maintain or operate an amusement or carnival ride within the City without complying with the Carnival-Amusement Rides Safety Act, N.J.S.A. 5:3-31 et seq., and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, N.J.A.C. 5:14-1 et seq. Proof of liability insurance, as required by state law, shall be provided to the City Clerk.
