In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the regulations of Subtitle 1, Title 39 of the Revised Statutes, are hereby made applicable to the property listed below.
A. 
The Delsea Gardens and Delsea Village property covered by this section shall include the apartment complexes together with the adjacent entrance and exit roads and parking area for those complexes.
B. 
Parking prohibited at all times. No person shall park a vehicle at any time on the following described locations.
