§ 218-1 Hours of operation.

It shall be unlawful for any retail business establishment, except those businesses as set forth in § 218-2 hereof, to operate and remain open to the public between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

§ 218-2 Exemption to limitation.

This chapter shall not apply to restaurants, ice cream parlors or bars and grills.
