§ 69-1 Statutory authority; title.

This chapter is enacted pursuant to the authority of Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and shall be known as the "Games of Chance Law of the Town of Orchard Park."

§ 69-2 Definitions.

The words and terms used in this chapter shall have the same meaning as such words and terms used in Article 9-A, § 186, of the General Municipal Law.

§ 69-3 Certain games authorized.

Those games defined in Subdivision 3 of § 186 of the General Municipal Law shall be permitted in the Town of Orchard Park.

§ 69-4 Administration.

This chapter shall be administered pursuant to the provisions of Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law, including those provisions relating to:

A. Restrictions upon conduct of games of chance (see General Municipal Law § 189).

B. Authorized suppliers of games of chance equipment (see General Municipal Law § 189-a).

C. Applications for license (see General Municipal Law § 190).

D. Investigations as to application (see General Municipal Law § 191).

E. Hearings (see General Municipal Law § 192).

F. Forms and contents of license (see General Municipal Law § 193).

G. Control and supervision of license (see General Municipal Law § 194).

H. Days on which games may be conducted (see General Municipal Law § 195).

I. Participation by persons under 18 years of age (see General Municipal Law § 195-a).

J. Frequency of games (see General Municipal Law § 195-b).

K. Persons operating games (see General Municipal Law § 195-c).

L. Charges for admission (see General Municipal Law § 195-d).

M. Advertising games (see General Municipal Law § 195-e).

N. Statement of receipts and expenses (see General Municipal Law § 195-f).
