Monuments shall be placed at all property corners and angle points of all properties to be dedicated to the Town. Monuments shall also be placed at all block corners, angle points and points of curves and streets and intermediate points, as required by the Town Engineer.
A. 
Placement. Markers shall be located in the ground to final grade at all lot corners.
B. 
Material; size. Such markers shall be of metal, 3/4 inch in diameter and at least 24 inches long.
The Planning Board may require the planting of trees, specifying the kind, size and location of such trees, or the Board may require the removal of existing trees or shrubbery.
