The Town Board may, from time to time, on its
own motion or on petition or on recommendation of the Planning Board,
amend, supplement or repeal the regulations and provisions of this
chapter after public notice and hearings provided by the Town Law.
A petition to amend, change or supplement this
chapter or the Zoning Map shall include the following information:
A. A description by metes and bounds of the premises
proposed to be rezoned.
B. An accurate map or survey in triplicate, one copy
to be on sheets size 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches or multiples thereof,
showing the location of all buildings and structures on such premises.
C. The present and proposed use of such premises.
D. The present and proposed zoning classification of
such premises.
E. The name and address of the owner of such premises
and a statement of the petitioner's interest in the proposed rezoning
if other than the owner.
