Town of Philipstown, NY Article I Plat Approval

[Adopted 3-2-1959 by resolution]

§ 38-1 Power to approve plats granted.

The Planning Board shall be empowered to approve plats showing lots, blocks or sites, with or without streets or highways, within that part of the Town of Philipstown outside of the limits of the Incorporated Villages of Cold Spring and Nelsonville.

§ 38-2 When effective.

This authority shall be vested in the Planning Board and take effect simultaneously with the adoption, pursuant to law, of rules and regulations in respect to the preparation, filing and approval of said plats.[1]
