The following rules and regulations, as established by the Town Board
of the Town of Philipstown for the Continental Village Water District and
as hereinafter amended or modified, are hereby made a part of any and all
agreements or contracts with each consumer, taker or user of water furnished
directly or indirectly from mains of said district. Each and every consumer,
user or taker of water from said district shall be in all respects bound by
and shall be considered to have agreed to the rules, regulations, requirements
and schedule of water rates and other charges of said district, as hereinafter
set forth or as subsequently amended or modified, as a condition precedent
to the rights to service from said water system.
The Board reserves the right to make such changes in the rules, regulations
and schedule of water rates and other charges as it may from time to time
deem advisable.
A.
The Town Board of the Town of Philipstown shall hereinafter
be referred to as the "Board."
B.
The Continental Village Water District Advisory Committee shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Advisory Committee."!BFN!Editor's Note: See Ch. 12, Continental Village District, Art. I.!EFN!
C.
The Continental Village Water District of the Town of
Philipstown shall hereinafter be referred to as the "district."
