Attachment 1 - 2008 Highway Work Permit Fee Schedule

§ 105-1 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for a consolidated schedule of fees to be charged in the administration of Town laws, ordinances, regulations and resolutions and to permit an annual review and modification of such fees by the Town Board by resolution adopted in accordance with this chapter.

§ 105-2 Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "User Fee Schedule of the Town of Poughkeepsie."

§ 105-3 Applicability.

The fees set forth herein shall apply to the provisions of all local laws, ordinances, regulations and resolutions adopted by the Town of Poughkeepsie and shall supersede any specific fee contained or referred to in such laws, ordinances, regulations or resolutions which have been adopted prior to the date of this chapter.

§ 105-4 Fee schedule.

The fee schedule shall be as follows.
Special Note: Fees for applications for matters involving the Arlington Fire District, the Fairview Fire District, the New Hamburg Fire District, and any unit of local government including public school districts are hereby waived.

Chapter 57, Animals.

The Town Board may periodically review the fee schedule set forth in this chapter and may, by resolution, after public hearing for which notice shall be given 10 days prior, amend the fees set forth therein.
