The purpose of this chapter is to provide for
a consolidated schedule of fees to be charged in the administration
of Town laws, ordinances, regulations and resolutions and to permit
the review and modification of such fees by Town Board resolution
from time to time.
Effective January 1, 2022, all Town fees and charges previously listed in the prior Chapter
105, and those listed elsewhere in the Town Code, are reflected in a Fee Schedule maintained in the Office of the Town Clerk and other Town Departments. which fees may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Town Board, and further provided that all fee provisions appearing in the Code other than prior Chapter
105 shall be amended to reflect their location in the Fee Schedule.
This chapter shall take effect on January 1, 2022, after filing
with the Department of State.
