The Borough of Schwenksville hereby adopts into law the Schwenksville Community Meadow Park and Pavilion Rules and Regulations ("Park Rules"), a copy of which are attached to this article and incorporated herein by reference.[1] Copies of the Park Rules shall be posted conspicuously on the grounds of the Community Park and shall be made available at the Borough Office during regular business hours.

The Schwenksville Borough Police Department shall enforce these regulations. Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of these rules and regulations shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction, shall be punishable for each offense by a maximum fine of $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
The foregoing park rules and regulations may from time to time be amended by duly adopted resolution of the Borough Council. Any such amendment shall, upon adoption of such resolution, become a part of the rules and incorporated within this article by reference hereto.
