No person shall park, leave or store any inoperable motor vehicle on any public lands or premises except in case of emergency and then for a period of not more than 48 hours.

No person shall park, leave store or maintain any inoperable motor vehicle for a period of more than 30 days upon any private lands or premises.
No owner or occupier of any private lands or premises shall permit or suffer any inoperable motor vehicle to be parked, left, stored or maintained on their lands or premises for more than 30 days.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties included in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty. Every day that a violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
