Article I Rental Occupancy Reports

§ 164-1 List of tenants and addresses required.

Every owner of a rental dwelling unit or units shall furnish to the Township Secretary a certified list of all tenants and their addresses on or before June 30 and December 31 of each calendar year.

§ 164-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be subject to the general penalty provisions as prescribed in Article I of Chapter 1, General Provisions.
