Effective immediately upon the adoption of this
chapter, the use of police vehicles for escort service, both within
and outside the Township of Saddle Brook, is hereby prohibited, and
police vehicles shall not be used for those services, with the exception
of the municipal government of Saddle Brook and nonprofit organizations.
