Township of West Milford, NJ Article XXI Insurance Committee (Advisory)

§ 15-97 Established; members.

There shall be an insurance committee known as the "Insurance Committee" of the Township, consisting of seven members, five to be appointed by the Township Council, the sixth member to be the Township Administrator and the seventh member shall be a member of the Township Council who shall serve as Council liaison.

§ 15-98 Powers and duties.

The Insurance Committee shall advise the Council concerning all matters of insurance pertaining to the Township.
