The following highways shall be one-way highways open to vehicular traffic proceeding in only one direction as indicated:

Commencing at its intersection with Rye Hill Road south to its intersection with Ludlam Road
Lake Avenue (Idle Hour Park), also known as "The Circle"
Commencing at the westerly corner of the lands of Rosinsky (Tax Map Lot 1, Block 2, Section 13) in a counterclockwise direction around the circle
Monroe Street (Idle Hour Park)
From its intersection with Catskill Avenue southwesterly to its intersection with Mountain Avenue
Mountain Avenue (Idle Hour Park)
From its intersection with Monroe Street southeasterly to the point marking the most southerly corner of the lands of Pizzo (Tax Map Lot 8, Block 8, Section 13)
A violation of this Article shall constitute a traffic infraction, and any person violating this Article shall be liable to a fine of not more than $250 or to imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, for each such violation.
