The following highways shall be one-way highways
open to vehicular traffic proceeding in only one direction as indicated:

A violation of this Article shall constitute
a traffic infraction, and any person violating this Article shall
be liable to a fine of not more than $250 or to imprisonment for not
more than 15 days, or both, for each such violation.
