Upon adoption of these rules or any amendments by the Board, the Chairman shall file a copy of these rules with the Town Clerk and they shall be a public record.
These rules may be amended by an affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the Board.
The Rules of the Town of Monroe Zoning Board of Appeals adopted on May 29, 1947, and June 27, 1966, are hereby repealed.
