City of Peekskill, NY Chapter 400 Off-Track Betting

§ 400-1 Conduct authorized. [1]

The City of Peekskill is hereby authorized to conduct off-track pari-mutuel betting within the City of Peekskill, New York, and to request the New York State Racing and Wagering Board to approve the City of Peekskill as a participating municipality.

This chapter is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Article V-a of the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law.
