City of Peekskill, NY Article IV School Tax Relief (STAR) Exemption

§ 521-5 Assessment roll.

As authorized by Chapter 264 of the Laws of 2000 and Chapter 405 of the Laws of 1999 of New York State and amendment to § 425 of the New York State Real Property Tax Law, Chapter 521 of the Code of the City of Peekskill, § 521-5 hereof is hereby adopted to allow for the reopening of the previous assessment roll to include the newest STAR applications.
