The Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to promulgate, by resolution,
rules governing the use of village-owned parks and recreation areas.
The Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to establish, by resolution,
reasonable hours during which any one or more village-owned parks and recreation
areas may be open to the public.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or the rules and
regulations adopted pursuant to its authority shall be guilty of a violation
and, on the first conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine which shall
not exceed $25 in amount and, on any subsequent conviction thereof, shall
be subject to a fine which shall not exceed $100 in amount.
