Rules governing the procedures of the Commission and the conduct of
its business shall be proposed by a majority vote of the whole Commission
at any regular or special meeting. The Commission Chairperson shall fix a
date, time and place for a public hearing on the proposed rules. After such
public hearing, the rules proposed by the Commission shall be forwarded to
the Board of Trustees of the Village for its approval.
Amendments to this regulation shall be proposed by a majority vote of
the whole Commission at any regular or special meeting. The Commission Chairperson
shall fix a date, time and place for a public hearing on such proposed amendments.
After such public hearing, the proposed amendments shall be forwarded to the
Board of the Trustees of the Village for its approval.
The Commission shall review these rules and this regulation at least
annually.
