A.
Applications will be accepted for final consideration by the Board when they are, in all respects, as required by the Code of the Village of Scarsdale and by these rules, complete, and no application shall be considered to have been referred to the Board until it is so accepted.

The Building Department shall review each application prior to the date of the meeting of the Board at which such application is to be considered and at such meeting shall report to the Board as to compliance of such application with applicable requirements of law and these rules and regulations.

Applications transmitted to the Building Department on or before 5:00 p.m. on the Monday preceding any meeting of the Board will, in chronological order of receipt, be added to the calendar of the Board for such meeting. Upon the taking up of matters appearing on the calendar, the Board may accept an application for consideration or direct its completion in accordance herewith. If the application is accepted for consideration, the Board shall hear and accept such relevant evidence as the applicant and other interested parties may offer and shall make such disposition of the matter, including adjournment or the imposition of conditions and other safeguards, as it shall then determine.
