For the purpose of these regulations, certain words used herein are defined as follows:
The person who, as owner or contract vendee, applies to the Board for approval of a subdivision, resubdivision, site plan, special use permit, activity or use of property.

The Planning Board of the Village of Scarsdale.
A parcel or plot of land occupied or designed to be occupied by one principal building and its accessory buildings or structures, if any, as shown on a plat filed in the County Office of Land Records.
The Clerk of the Planning Board.
Approval of the layout of a proposed subdivision as set forth in a preliminary plat, but subject to the approval of the plat in final form.

The drawings showing the proposed location, in plan and profile, of all details of construction of a subdivision or site plan.
The Village official designated to review the environmental impact of any activity of land use proposed in any application submitted to the Board.
The final drawings on which the layout of a subdivision is presented to the Board for approval.

The map as established or amended by the Village Board under § 7-724 of the Village Law, showing all the Village streets, highways and parks, together with additions to such map resulting from the approval of subdivision final plats by the Planning Board and the recording thereof in the County Office of Land Records.

The title holder of record or a contract vendee.
A map or plan showing a subdivision.
The preliminary drawings indicating the proposed layout of a subdivision to be submitted to the Board for its consideration.

Any change that would alter the location of a lot line on a previously approved subdivision.

Drawings presenting the layout of a lot and its existing and proposed structures, tree inventory and preservation plan, and other features as may be required by the Board for its approval.
The division of any parcel of land into two or more building lots, with or without streets, and shall include resubdivision.
