A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons who is neither employed by the School District of Cheltenham Township, all private and/or parochial schools and other educational institutions in Cheltenham Township nor a student enrolled in the school system to enter any premises owned or occupied by the School District of Cheltenham Township, all private and/or parochial schools and other educational institutions in Cheltenham Township without the express consent of the person in charge of said premises. Failure to obtain consent within fifteen (15) minutes after entry on said premises shall be presumed to be evidence of violation of this chapter. Employees of the School District of Cheltenham Township, all private and/or parochial schools and other educational institutions in Cheltenham Township and the students within the system shall only enter school premises where they are regularly assigned unless expressly authorized to enter other premises of the School District of Cheltenham Township, all private and/or parochial schools and other educational institutions in Cheltenham Township by the person in charge of those premises.
B. 
Employees of the School District of Cheltenham Township and the students within the system shall only enter school premises when they are regularly assigned unless expressly authorized to enter other premises of the School District by the person in charge of those premises.
This chapter shall not apply to any governmental official going on the premises within the scope of his official duties or to any other person desiring to enter the premises, provided that such person or persons does not engage in any speeches or other communication, demonstration, protest, confrontation or any other activity other than that necessary to seek consent to enter the premises.
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof by any District Judge, be sentenced to a fine of not more than six hundred dollars ($600.), together with the costs of prosecution.
