Any service charge authorized by this chapter including the principal
amount of check and certified fee shall be collected within 10 days of the
date of the written notification in the form of a money order or cash. No
checks will be accepted.
Violation of any section of this chapter shall result in a fine not
to exceed $600, plus costs of prosecution before a District Justice, and,
in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term not
to exceed 30 days.
