The West Chester Firemen's Relief Association of West Chester, Pennsylvania,
be and it is hereby officially recognized by the Borough Council of the Borough
of West Chester, and said West Chester Firemen's Relief Association is hereby
designated by the Council of said borough as the proper association to receive
such funds as are due and payable to the borough treasury by the Treasurer
of the State of Pennsylvania from the two-per-centum tax on premiums from
foreign fire insurance companies.
There is hereby annually appropriated from the borough treasury all
such sum or sums of money that may hereafter be paid into the aforesaid borough
treasury by the Treasurer of the State of Pennsylvania on account of taxes
paid on premiums by foreign fire insurance companies and pursuant to an Act
of Assembly in such cases made and provided.
