A. 
The Board of Health, Town of Georgetown, Massachusetts, in accordance with and under the authority granted by MGL C. 111, § 31, and Regulation 400.015 of Chapter I of the State Sanitary Code, hereby adopt the following rules and regulations.

All other regulations inconsistent with these regulations are repealed as of June 1, 1984.
Permits for food service establishments shall be issued as directed in Chapter X of the State Sanitary Code, and a fee as established from time to time by the Board of Health shall be assessed as the cost of the permit. Permits shall be issued for a period of time not to exceed one year and may be renewed if the food service establishment complies with the requirements of Chapter X of the State Sanitary Code.
Permits for a temporary food service establishment as defined in Chapter X of the State Sanitary Code shall be issued for a period of time not to exceed 14 days, and a fee as established from time to time by the Board of Health shall be assessed as the cost of the permit. The temporary food service establishment must comply with the requirements of Chapter X the State Sanitary Code which are applicable to its operation, and the inclusive dates for such operation shall be included on the permit.
Permits for a mobile food service as defined in Chapter X of the State Sanitary Code shall be issued for a period of time not to exceed one year, and a fee as established from time to time by the Board of Health shall be assessed as the cost of the permit. A mobile food server shall comply with all the provisions of Chapter X of the State Sanitary Code which are applicable to his operation.
Retail food establishments shall be registered by the Board of Health in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health rules and regulations relative to retail food establishments. Registrations shall be issued for a period not to exceed one year, and a fee as established from time to time by the Board of Health shall be assessed as the cost of the registration. A retail food establishment shall comply with all the provisions of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health rules and regulations relative to retail food establishments.
Permits for catering establishments shall be issued as directed in Chapter X of the State Sanitary Code, and a fee as established from time to time by the Board of Health shall be assessed as the cost of the permit. Permits shall be issued for a period not to exceed one year and may be renewed if the catering establishment complies with all the provisions of Chapter X of the State Sanitary Code.
In accordance with regulation 595.021: (C) of Chapter X of the State Sanitary Code, each caterer, before serving a meal elsewhere than within his own establishment in the Town of Georgetown, shall register with the Georgetown Board of Health on a form furnished by said Board seven days before service of the meal. The fee for each registration shall be as established from time to time by the Board of Health.
A permit for a bakery as defined in MGL C. 94, § 1, shall be issued for a period of time not to exceed one year, and a fee as established from time to time by the Board of Health shall be assessed as a cost of the permit. All bakeries must comply with the provisions of Chapter 94 of the General Laws relative for bakeries and bakery products.
