Where sewage disposal systems are required to be installed anywhere
between the building setback line and the street line, designers of such systems
shall be required to have the Superintendent of the Water Department furnish
the location of the water service lines servicing the building and shall show
these lines on drawings submitted with the application for a disposal construction
permit. Where underground electric service is used, the same information shall
be obtained from the Superintendent of the Electric Light Department and recorded
on the drawings.
Any violation of the provisions of the article shall be punishable,
upon conviction, by a fine as provided in MGL c. 111, § 31.
