[Former Ch. 30, Personnel Policies, adopted 10-10-1949 by Ord. No. 529 (Art. 57 of the 1970 Revised Ordinances), as amended in its entirety 12-29-1986 by Ord. No. 60-86 and subsequently amended, was repealed 5-22-2006 by Ord. No. 16-2006. The Mayor and Borough Council shall by ordinance establish titles for public employment by the Borough and salary ranges for Borough employees, in addition to adopting personnel policies and procedures applicable to all officials, appointees, employees, prospective employees, volunteers and independent contractors of the Borough. The Borough Administrator shall be responsible for implementing and enforcing the policies and procedures adopted by the Borough Council.]
