Borough of Madison, NJ Article IV License Fees

§ 56-4 Fees established.

Annual fees for licenses to sell alcoholic beverages in the Borough of Madison, beginning July 1, 2010, shall be as follows:

A. Plenary retail consumption license:

Period	Fee
July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011, and thereafter	$2,386

B. Plenary retail distribution license:

Period	Fee
July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011, and thereafter	$1,798

C. Club license: $180.

D. Plenary consumption license, theater exception #37: $250.
