Township of South Hackensack, NJ Article III Ambulance Corps Retirement Benefits

§ 46-7 Retiring members entitled to benefits.

Any member of the South Hackensack Ambulance Corps who shall have served in such capacity for 25 consecutive years or more, upon retirement from said Ambulance Corps, shall be entitled to receive and shall be paid by the Township of South Hackensack a retirement benefit in the same amount and on the same terms as shall then be paid to a retiring member of the Volunteer Fire Department of the Township of South Hackensack.
