The office of Assessor in the City of Saratoga Springs, New
York, shall continue to be an elected position under the provisions
of § 1556 of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New
York.[1]
Editor's Note: Said § 1556 was repealed by
L. 1984, c. 472. Statutory provisions regarding Assessors may be found
in § 308 et seq. of the Real Property Tax Law.
