This chapter shall be known as the "Administrative
Code of the Township of Lower Merion" or as the "Administrative Code."
The purpose of this chapter is to provide for
the responsibilities and authority of the various officers, administrative
personnel and units within the government of the Township of Lower
Merion and to set forth certain authorities, policies and procedures
as the basic body of administrative practice and procedure.
