A table of organization listing the departments and offices and heads thereof of the administrative service shall be recommended by the Township Manager to the Board of Commissioners. Upon resolution of the Board, such table of organization shall be effective and shall be published in the Appendix of the Lower Merion Code. The heads of all departments and offices shall be under the control of the Township Manager unless otherwise provided by law or ordinance.

Furthermore, the Manager shall cause to be published in the Township Document System a description of the organizational structure of the administrative service at the division, bureau, unit and section level and shall show, where applicable, the titles of the department heads and principal subordinates having responsibilities for the same.
