Ordinance No. 4024, adopted 6-18-2014, which subsequently amended this chapter in its entirety, and Ord. No. 4033, adopted 10-15-2014, which amended the effective date of Ord. No. 4024, were repealed 4-15-2015 by Ord. No. 4054. Ordinance No. 4257, adopted 1-11-2023, which subsequently amended this chapter in its entirety, was repealed 4-19-2023 by Ord. No. 4264.
There shall continue to be 14 wards in the Township of Lower Merion, which wards are hereby reapportioned into 14 wards as nearly equal in population as practicable on the basis of the Official Block Statistics of the Census of Population and Housing, 2020, conducted by the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census.
The boundaries of Ward No. 1 shall be as shown on the Electoral District Map, dated July 11, 2024, prepared by the Lower Merion Department of Building and Planning, which is on file and is available for public inspection in the office of the Township Secretary, the legal description thereof being as follows:
