In the event that any provisions of this chapter shall be in conflict with any provisions of the Fire Code of the Township of Lower Merion or the Building Code of the Township of Lower Merion,[1] the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be subordinate thereto.

Any person, firm or corporation responsible for compliance violating Article VII of this chapter shall be subject to a fine or penalty not exceeding $1,000 for each and every offense. Each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense, punishable by a like fine or penalty. Such fines or penalties shall be collected as like fines or penalties are now by law collected. All other violations of this chapter shall be deemed to be violations of the Building Code of the Township of Lower Merion as set forth in Article VI of this chapter.
