Regulations controlling and restricting the movement of vehicles on driveways to and from business and commercial buildings, premises and properties in business districts, as defined in the Vehicle Code, are hereby established as described in Schedule XXI (§ 145-121). Such regulations may include:
When appropriate signs giving notice of regulations established pursuant to § 145-33 of this article are posted on driveways to or from business or commercial buildings, premises or properties, it shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to operate a vehicle in a manner other than in compliance with such regulations.
