The elected Tax Collector is appointed the municipal
officer authorized to provide tax certifications upon request, and
said Tax Collector is authorized to assess, collect and retain, as
compensation for providing such additional service, a fee per certification
as set by the Collector, subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors.
