No person shall ride a skateboard or other similar device or vehicle on the public sidewalks of any street or municipally owned walkways, steps, ledges, curbing or railing in the Central Business District of the Borough of Haddon Heights.

No person shall ride a skateboard or other similar device or vehicle upon private property if the owner of such private property has not granted permission to such person to ride a skateboard or other similar device or vehicle upon such private property.
Each and every person or persons violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the replacement, repair or restoration of any damaged property if such be the case and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $200 and in default of payment thereof may be sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail at the discretion of the court for a term not exceeding 90 days.
