Borough of Haddon Heights, NJ Article III Haddon Heights Skate Park and Tennis Courts

§ 374-9 Regulations and rules for skate park and tennis courts.

Borough Council may from time to time adopt regulations and rules by resolution concerning the use of the Haddon Heights Skate Park and Tennis Courts. A violation of those regulations and rules shall constitute a violation of this article.

§ 374-10 Vehicles and devices other than skateboards prohibited at skate park.

The use of any vehicles or devices other than skateboards at the Haddon Heights Skate Park is prohibited. In the event any person uses any device or vehicle other than a skateboard at the Haddon Heights Skate Park, the vehicle or device shall be seized and impounded until a hearing before the Haddon Heights Municipal Court.

§ 374-11 Wheeled vehicles or devices prohibited at tennis courts.

The use of any wheeled vehicle or device on the Haddon Heights Tennis Courts is prohibited. In the event that any person uses any wheeled vehicle or device on the Haddon Heights Tennis Courts, the vehicle or device shall be seized and impounded until a hearing before the Haddon Heights Municipal Court.

§ 374-12 Violations and penalties.

Any person who is found guilty of violating this article shall be subject to the following penalties:

A. A fine not to exceed $1,000;

B. Up to six months in jail;

C. Forfeiture of the vehicle or device illegally used at the Haddon Heights Skate Park or Tennis Courts;

D. The costs of any damage caused by illegal use of a vehicle or device.
