Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 343-59) attached to and made a part of this chapter.

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 25 miles per hour unless otherwise posted. The speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 343-60) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 343-61), in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets and parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 343-62), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 343-63), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 343-64), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 343-65), attached to and made part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§ 343-66), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Traffic control devices shall be installed on each street intersecting the through street.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 343-67), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule X (§ 343-68), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Trucks in excess of the weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 343-69), except for pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
A.
A truck route system upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are permitted to travel and operate shall be as set forth in Schedule XII (§ 343-70).
B.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are hereby excluded from all streets except those streets listed in said Schedule XII, except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the street from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.

Trucking usage is expressly prohibited on both north and south sides of Ralph Avenue off of Park Avenue, on both north and south sides of Livingston Avenue, on both north and south sides of Cadman Avenue, on both north and south sides of Litchfield Avenue, on Midwood Road, Beverly Road, Marlborough Road, and Frederick Avenue. "No Trucking" signs will be placed at these locations.
