A.
The Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized and directed
to charge a fee of $5 per page for the issuance of a copy of an accident
report. The Department of Public Safety is further authorized to charge
a fee of $10 for the first copy of a photograph and $5 for each additional
copy of a photograph taken by the Department of Public Safety in connection
with any accident involving personal injury or property damage. For
the issuance of a copy of a detective's report, U.F. and investigation
reports, $5 per page shall be charged.

Requests for copies of such reports shall be in writing and executed
before a notary public or Commissioner of Deeds on a form prescribed
by the Commissioner of Public Safety.
C.
Copies of accident reports shall only be issued to persons involved
in an accident or, in case of death or in case the person is a minor
or an incompetent, the executor (or administrator), the guardian or
the committee, or any person authorized on a form prescribed by the
Commissioner of Public Safety by a person involved in the accident.
D.
The Commissioner of Public Safety shall cause to be kept accurate
records of the written requests and the fees paid for copies of said
reports and/or photographs and shall collect the fee at or before
the issuance of the copy of said reports and/or photographs.
A.
The Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized and directed
to charge a fee of $10 for the issuance of a certificate of good conduct
in triplicate. The fee is to be collected at the time the certificate
is issued.

B.
The Commissioner of Public Safety shall cause to be kept accurate
records of the issuance of said certificates and the fees collected.

Escort service by a member of the Police Department to or from
a banking institution shall be paid for at the rate of $20 for the
first 30 minutes or any portion thereof, plus $2.50 for any five-minute
period over and above the first half hour. Established temples and
churches are exempt from paying an escort service fee.

A.
A fee of $20 shall be paid for the taking of fingerprints pertaining
to certificates, applications and other documents not related to processing
of accused held to answer for the commission of a crime.

B.
The fee for fingerprinting and processing pistol permit applications
shall be $35.
The Commissioner of Public Safety shall, at least once each
month, prepare and transmit to the Comptroller a certified report
listing the source, purpose and the amount of the fee, along with
the fees collected, pursuant to this article.
