The City Clerk of the City of Mount Vernon is hereby authorized and directed to charge the following fees for the codes of the City of Mount Vernon:
A. 
One copy of the Code of the City of Mount Vernon: $325.
B. 
One copy of the Charter of the City of Mount Vernon: $25.
C. 
One copy of the Fire Prevention Code of the City of Mount Vernon: $25.
D. 
One copy of the Zoning Code of the City of Mount Vernon: $50.
E. 
Fees for amendments and supplements to the codes shall be in accordance with the rate schedules available in the office of the City Clerk.

The City Clerk of the City of Mount Vernon is hereby authorized and directed to establish the fees to be charged for copies of the Election Map, Street Map or Zoning Map of the City of Mount Vernon, subject to the approval of the City Council.
