No map showing more than one parcel of land may be filed in the office
of the Putnam County Clerk, after the effective date of this chapter, unless
there is affixed thereto an affidavit showing that a copy of such map has
been mailed to the Board or Boards of Assessors of the town or towns in which
said lands are located.
